Design Considerations:

• Footprint Dimensions -- 8 feet square
• Height -- Approx. 7 feet at center to permit reasonably comfortable access to piglets and for cleaning.
• Ambient Temperature -- 40 Degrees to Zero Degrees Fahrenheit. Winter farrowing only.
• Portable without the use of heavy equipment.
• Adequate weight to resist toppling by high winds without anchoring. (The arched roof design is inherently wind resistant.)
